The National Trust of Georgia Friends Abroad is seeking a Trustee with digital and technology expertise to help strengthen the charity's online presence, digital systems, and organizational resilience.

What difference will you make?

The Trustee with fundraising and development expertise - lead role is absolutely vital to a small dispersed international board to increase our online presence but also our operational effectiveness and efficiency.

What will you be doing?

As IT and Digital Lead Trustee

  • Advise the Board on technology, digital strategy, and online development.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the charity's website and digital platforms.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve digital engagement and supporter experience.
  • Provide guidance on information security, data protection, and digital risk management.
  • Support the selection and effective use of appropriate digital systems and tools.
  • Assist with digital communications, online fundraising, and stakeholder engagement initiatives where appropriate.
  • Help ensure the charity's technology infrastructure remains effective, secure, and proportionate to its needs.
  • Advise on website enhancement, accessibility, and user experience.
  • Support the Board in understanding emerging digital opportunities and challenges.
