Job Title: Digital and IT Analyst (Infrastructure Site Leader)

Location: Stevenage, UK
Job Type: Permanent

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Digital and IT Analyst to provide Tier 1 and 2 technical support and manage site-level infrastructure. This hybrid role blends hands-on end-user support with infrastructure project management, ensuring smooth operations across production and secured network environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver desk-side support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and systems issues for end-users.
  • Install, upgrade, and maintain personal computer hardware, software, and local servers.
  • Support and implement core infrastructure strategies, including Active Directory, networking, backup solutions, and disaster recovery.
  • Act as the local control owner for IT compliance and regulations, such as SOX Key Controls, Cyber Essentials, and CMMC.
  • Lead site-level IT projects using Agile methodologies and track site key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate in routine, planned after-hours on-call duties.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in application or infrastructure support.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory.
  • Experience with PC hardware maintenance and IT Service Management (ITSM) ticketing tools, such as ServiceNow.
  • Excellent problem-solving, customer service, and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently.
