Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor cloud solutions for performance, cost, and security.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third parties to implement robust security measures.
- Develop automation scripts for efficient cloud resource management.
- Provide technical guidance on complex Azure infrastructure issues.
- Stay current with Azure services and assess their relevance to our business.
- Document and maintain cloud architectures and configurations.
- Manage backup and recovery processes in collaboration with the team.
- Conduct system installations, configurations, and upgrades.
- Help define technical standards and support protocols.
- Assist the IT Service Desk with hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Take ownership of assigned technical projects.
- Support mobile device management and app deployment.
Qualifications:

- Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g. Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
- Experience with Intune deployment.
- 3+ years working in Azure cloud environments, ideally within professional services.
- Strong grasp of cloud computing and emerging tech trends.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with Meraki Wireless and switching, Sophos XG Firewalls, Sophos Endpoint Protection, and Mimecast.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive under pressure.
Your Profile:
