Grid Dynamics Technical Recruiter (Contractor) - London Office
Grid Dynamics is looking for a (contractor) Technical Recruiter in our London office. We would like to strengthen our recruitment team with a proactive and result-oriented person, who easily connects with people and has a passion for finding the best talents. The hiring focus will be on technical roles of Middle and Senior level. You will be a part of an international recruitment team sharing common goals and values.
Essential Functions
- Manage full cycle of recruitment process for technical positions
- Active search of candidates using different sources and recruitment strategies
- Provide regular updates to recruitment lead and hiring manager about the recruitment pipelines, market capacity, availability of candidates, salary ranges, etc
- Create job descriptions, manage job posts and requisitions in our ATS
- Work with hiring managers and interviewers to streamline the hiring process
- Close cooperation with staffing team to identify hiring priorities and adjust recruitment efforts based on them
- Keep data accuracy and timely update recruitment tool
- Highlight issues/bottlenecks in the recruitment process, create an improvement action plan and put it into action

Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as technical recruiter on local IT market
- Experience from the agency side
- Proven track record of hiring technical positions
- Growing network and visible activity on Linkedin profile
- Knowledge of local market specifics, competitors, salaries and market trends
- High level of self-motivation and proactivity
- Flexibility and multitasking
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation skills
- Willingness to dedicate time for self-education
- Ability to work with ATS, recruitments tools and basic analytics
Would Be a Plus
- Experience in banking and fintech
- Experience working in a software consultancy or similar services business
