Cheltenham Ladies' College is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused IT Technician to join our Digital Services team.
About the Role
This is a varied and hands-on role, providing technical support across a broad range of systems and technologies that are critical to the day-to-day operation of College. You will be the first point of contact for IT support, helping staff and pupils resolve technical issues while contributing to the smooth running of College's extensive digital infrastructure.
From supporting classroom technology and our student 1:1 device scheme, to administering Microsoft 365, Active Directory and network services, this role offers an excellent opportunity for an IT professional looking to develop and broaden their technical expertise within a dynamic educational environment.

As a member of the support staff, you will be part of a large and friendly community of professionals who support our pupils' education and experience. You'll be joining a significant team that underpins the success of College.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing technical support across a broad range of systems and technologies.

Work Hours
This is a full-time position, 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Saturdays are worked on a rota basis during term time (approximately 2-3 per term, 8am-12:30pm).
