The Team & Role
- Our IT function is small but vital, with the IT Technician working closely alongside our Head of IT Support to keep every Nourish colleague productive, secure and well supported.
- As our IT Technician, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day technical support across the business, seeing issues through from initial diagnosis to resolution. You’ll troubleshoot and resolve a broad range of hardware, software, access and connectivity issues across our Windows and Mac estate, as well as supporting our Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
- You’ll be confident tackling complex technical issues independently, know when to escalate where needed, and communicate clearly with colleagues throughout. We’re looking for someone with at least three years’ experience in a technical support role, a methodical approach to problem-solving, and a genuine desire to help people get back to doing their best work quickly.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive, hands-on, end-to-end technical support to the Nourish workforce, resolving issues across Windows, macOS and mobile devices.
- A clear, approachable communicator who can explain technical issues in simple terms, adapt to different levels of technical knowledge, and keep colleagues informed and supported throughout.
- Manage and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs, keeping our ticketing system accurately updated from triage through to resolution.
- Administer and support our Microsoft 365 and Azure environment, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune/Endpoint Manager, Teams and SharePoint.
- Manage user account and licence administration across Microsoft 365 and Azure, ensuring access is provisioned and revoked correctly and securely.
- Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for staff, including device builds, account setup, access permissions and equipment collection.
- Troubleshoot networking issues including VPN connectivity, Wi-Fi, printers and other peripherals, liaising with external suppliers or specialist teams where needed.
- Maintain clear documentation of IT assets, configurations and support processes, and contribute to our internal knowledge base.
Required Experience
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a 2nd line (or equivalent) IT support role, ideally within a fast-paced or scale-up environment
- Strong working knowledge of Windows and macOS environments
- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, Teams and SharePoint)
- Experience troubleshooting networking fundamentals such as VPN, Wi-Fi and DNS/DHCP
- Experience managing support tickets against SLAs using a helpdesk/ticketing system
- Experience supporting device onboarding and offboarding, including device builds and access provisioning
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, pragmatic mindset
- Full, valid UK driving licence, with occasional travel to other Nourish offices as required

- Experience supporting Microsoft Azure / Entra ID environments at scale
- Familiarity with endpoint security and device management tooling (e.g. Intune, SentinelOne, Rapid7)
- Experience working in a fast-growing SaaS or technology business
