About The Role

We are seeking motivated and dedicated IT Helpdesk Technicians to join our dynamic training program. This role is designed for individuals eager to start a career in IT support, providing them with the foundational knowledge, technical skills, and industry certifications necessary to succeed. As part of this program, participants will undergo intensive training, including live instructor-led sessions, practical projects, and certification preparation, culminating in a guaranteed job placement with our partner companies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and a desire to grow within the IT support domain.

Qualifications

No prior industry experience is required to enroll in this program. Candidates should demonstrate a genuine interest in technology and possess soft skills such as effective communication, problem-solving, and a proactive attitude. A high school diploma or equivalent is sufficient for application. Prior experience in customer service, technical support, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds, including recent graduates, career changers, and those looking to upgrade their skills to meet industry standards.

Responsibilities

Participants in this training program will develop the following competencies:

  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users via phone, email, or remote tools.
  • Managing and resolving common IT issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Assisting in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
  • Documenting support activities and maintaining accurate records of incidents and resolutions.
  • Participating in real-world projects to apply learned skills in practical scenarios.
  • Preparing for and obtaining industry-recognized certifications: CompTIA ITF+, CompTIA A+, and Forescout FSCA.
  • Collaborating with team members and clients to ensure effective communication and service delivery.

Throughout the program, participants will also receive guidance on career development, interview preparation, and job search strategies to facilitate a smooth transition into employment within the IT support sector.
