Life on the team

Are you passionate about technology and delivering excellent customer service? We’re looking for an IT Technician to join our onsite support team, providing face-to-face technical assistance through a busy TechBar environment.

As an IT Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for end users, resolving a broad range of IT issues and ensuring colleagues can remain productive. You'll work closely with customers and technical teams to provide hands-on support, delivering a positive user experience and high levels of customer satisfaction.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem solving, working directly with customers, and developing their technical skills across a diverse range of technologies.

What you'll do

  • Provide walk-up support to end users through the onsite TechBar service.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, operating system and application-related incidents.
  • Provide IT guidance, advice and "how-to" support to users.
  • Install, configure and re-install software and applications to resolve incidents and requests.
  • Complete software-related service requests in line with agreed service levels.
  • Deploy and configure standard desktop and laptop builds.
  • Perform image reloads and device rebuilds following hardware or software failure.
  • Resolve issues that require physical, hands-on intervention and cannot be addressed remotely.
  • Support user onboarding and offboarding activities, including joiners and leavers processes.
  • Provide mobile device support and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, requests and resolutions.
  • Deliver a professional and customer-focused service at all times.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
