Are you an enthusiastic IT professional with a passion for helping people and a knack for problem-solving? We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused IT Technician to support our staff and students across multiple academy sites in West London.
This hands-on role is primarily based at Ormiston Latimer Academy, but flexibility to travel between our London academies is essential.
As an IT Technician, you’ll be a key part of our on-site technical support team delivering high-quality first-line and some second-line support, while also getting involved in exciting developments as part of our cloud-first transformation programme.
You Will Play a Vital Role In
- Providing responsive, approachable support to staff and students
- Building strong, trusted relationships across each academy
- Supporting the delivery and management of cloud-first initiatives
- Offering technical guidance to colleagues and stakeholders
- Working with senior staff to ensure technology empowers teaching, learning, and the wider school community

About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in providing IT support in a workplace environment.
- Skilled in troubleshooting hardware, software, and devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, mobiles).
- Confident using Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, SharePoint, and Active Directory.
- Able to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.
