About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Technician β Level III to join our team in London. In this role, you will act as a senior escalation point, providing advanced technical support across systems, software, and hardware while mentoring junior technicians and ensuring smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier III technical support for complex IT issues across hardware, software, and systems
- Act as the primary escalation point for helpdesk tickets and senior leadership issues
- Support and administer platforms such as Microsoft 365, Okta, Sophos, and access control systems
- Install, configure, image, and test hardware and software across corporate environments
- Oversee helpdesk operations, monitor ticket queues, and ensure timely resolution
- Manage IT asset inventory (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, etc.)
- Lead device deployment, re-imaging, and mobile device management (MDM)
- Train, mentor, and support Level I & II IT Technicians
- Contribute to IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working in a Tier II/III support or escalation role
- Familiarity with enterprise tools like Microsoft 365, Okta, Sophos
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and networking basics
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to support a wide range of office and IT equipment
Qualifications
Essential:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2+ years of corporate IT support experience

- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification
- 3+ years of corporate IT experience
Work Environment
- Office-based role using standard IT and office equipment
- Physical activity may include lifting (up to 50 lbs), standing, and moving equipment
- Occasional travel between local offices may be required
