About The Role

We are seeking motivated and dedicated IT Helpdesk Technicians to join our dynamic team through our comprehensive training program. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in IT support, offering an immersive learning experience combined with practical project work. As part of the program, you will undergo extensive instructor-led online training, earn industry-recognized certifications, and participate in real-world projects that simulate actual job scenarios. Upon successful completion of the course, we will connect you with our partner companies to facilitate your transition into a full-time IT support role. Responsibilities

As an IT Helpdesk Technician in training, your responsibilities will include:

  • Participating actively in instructor-led online sessions
  • Completing coursework and practical exercises
  • Engaging in real-world project simulations
  • Learning to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Providing technical support to end-users
  • Managing service requests efficiently

Throughout the program, you will develop skills in:

  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems
  • Documenting support procedures
