A well-established organisation within the Life & Pensions sector is embarking on a major multi-year programme of change, modernising core systems, and enhancing customer experience across critical business platforms.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-sufficient IT Test Analyst with strong Life & Pensions domain expertise to play a key role in delivering complex business and technology initiatives. Collaborate with business stakeholders and high-level delivery teams, ensuring quality throughout the full testing lifecycle while contributing to high-profile projects that will shape the future of the organisation.

What You’ll Do
- Define testing strategies, create test cases and execute testing activities.
- Identify, document, and manage defects through to resolution.
- Assess business and customer impact of system changes and identify risks.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience as a Test Analyst within enterprise environments
- Life 400 experience
- Life Insurance & Pensions experience
