A leading Irish Life & Pensions organisation is embarking on a multi-year transformation programme, modernising core systems, evolving critical business platforms and delivering new products and services across the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-sufficient IT Test Analyst with strong Insurance and Life & Pensions experience to join an established technology team and play a key role in delivering business-critical system change.
You’ll work closely with a collaborative, cross-functional team, taking ownership across the full testing lifecycle — from requirements and test design through to defect management, regression testing and release.

What You’ll Do
- Own testing end-to-end, from requirements and test design through to release.
- Create test cases, execute testing and manage regression activities.
- Identify, investigate and manage defects through to resolution.
- Assess risks and business impact, providing clear updates to key stakeholders.
What You Bring
- 3+ years' experience as a Test Analyst within the insurance sector.
- Life 400 experience
