Chance to work for a world-renowned F1 team supporting day-to-day operations, Testops, and Trackside IT.
Role Overview
Supporting and delivering technical solutions throughout all stages of the ITIL service lifecycle, you will exceed customer expectations and provide SME guidance to trackside team members & management.
As well as owning incidents, escalations, and request tasks, you will identify enhancements to IT trackside services, improving quality, reliability, availability, and enhanced security performance.

Experience Required
- Operating Systems: Windows 10 / 11, mobile operating systems (iOS and Android)
- Cloud and Software: Microsoft Azure stack / M365
- Hardware: Multi-Vendor hardware build, deploy, and break fix
- Directory Services: Active Directory/ Group Policy management
- Change Management
- ITSM: Jira ITSM or equivalent ITSM working knowledge
- Networking: Qualification, in, or senior working experience of networking including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WAN, LAN, VLAN
- Storage Systems: Knowledge of cloud and physical storage systems, performance, availability monitoring, and restoration
- Experience: 2-3 years experience in a similar senior IT support role or equivalent
