IT Trainer - Permanent - London (hybrid) - £70,000 per annum

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an IT Trainer to join our London-based global law firm. The role will focus on delivering technology training and supporting the effective adoption of firm systems and emerging tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging technology training through group workshops and one-to-one coaching, both in person and virtually via Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
  • Identify training needs and support the development of learning solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including user guides, job aids and e-learning content.
  • Maintain training content within the Learning Management System (LMS) and use participant feedback to improve programmes.
  • Support testing and adoption of new enterprise applications, Microsoft 365 enhancements and AI productivity tools.
  • Provide ongoing user support and communications relating to technology updates and training initiatives.

  • Previous corporate training experience within legal or professional services; law firm experience is advantageous.
  • Experience delivering blended training across in-person, virtual and one-to-one formats.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams and OneDrive, Windows 11 and professional PDF management tools.
  • Knowledge of AI productivity tools, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and ChatGPT.
  • Working knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), document management systems (DMS) and enterprise applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
