Experis are looking to recruit immediately available IT Trainer with specific experience of Sharepoint / One Drive / M365 implementations. You will support the Business Change function by delivering end-user training, driving adoption, and providing hands-on support for Microsoft Teams and SharePoint across the business and you must be flexible to travel as there will be a responsible amount of UK travel.
This role plays a key part in helping colleagues adopt new ways of working through effective training, engagement, and ongoing support. The role is suited to someone who enjoys working directly with users, simplifying technology, and supporting change initiatives in a practical and approachable way.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Adoption
- Deliver 1:1 and group-based training sessions to colleagues on Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Act as a subject-matter expert for end-user usage of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
- Support and encourage the adoption of modern, collaborative ways of working.

Change & Engagement
- Support the wider Business Change activities, working closely with the Business Change Lead.
- Lead or support live demonstrations.
- Act as a visible and approachable point of contact for colleagues during key change activities.
End-User Support
- Provide hands-on support to colleagues, answering questions and resolving common usage issues.
- Act as a key contact during periods of increased change or system adoption.
- Liaise with technical teams to help investigate, escalate, and resolve user issues where required.
Content & Communications
- Develop, maintain, and evolve training and adoption materials, including:
- User guides
- FAQs
- How-to articles
- Quick reference materials
- Keep the project or information site up to date with relevant guidance and learning resources.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong working knowledge of SharePoint/OneDrive, with the confidence to train and support end users.
- Experience delivering training, coaching, or end-user support in a business environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technology in a clear, simple, and engaging way.
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across different levels of the organisation.
- Experience supporting change initiatives or technology adoption is desirable.
