IT Trainer – Professional Services

Wolverhampton, West Midlands

£40,000 + Excellent Benefits | Hybrid Working

We are recruiting for an experienced IT Trainer to join a leading professional services organisation undergoing continued growth and digital transformation.

This is an exciting opportunity for an engaging and enthusiastic trainer to play a key role in developing and delivering high-quality IT training programmes that support both day-to-day operations and major technology change initiatives.

Working closely with Change, Learning & Development and Project teams, you will design, develop and deliver innovative learning solutions that enable colleagues to confidently adopt new technologies and maximise the value of business systems.

The Role

As An IT Trainer, You Will

  • Design, develop and deliver engaging IT and software training programmes
  • Create high-quality training materials, user guides, e-learning content and supporting documentation
  • Deliver onboarding, refresher and system-specific training to users across the business
  • Support technology rollouts and digital transformation projects through effective user training and adoption
  • Evaluate training effectiveness, gather feedback and continually improve learning content
  • Maintain training records and monitor learner engagement and progress
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored learning solutions

About You

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have

  • Previous experience delivering IT or software training within a professional services environment (such as legal, accountancy, financial services, consultancy or similar)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage audiences at all levels
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
  • Experience training users on a variety of business applications and enterprise systems
  • A good understanding of user adoption, change management and learning best practice
  • The ability to manage multiple training initiatives within a fast-paced environment
