Role Overview
The IT Transition Manager (Contract – 1 to 2 months) is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and coordinating the transition of IT services, systems, and operations between suppliers, environments, or delivery models.

- Prepare clear handover documentation

- Ensure service levels, security, and compliance requirements are maintained throughout the transition

Qualifications
- Experience in IT transition and service management, including planning, coordinating, and executing transitions of systems or services.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management and communication, including facilitating meetings, preparing reports, and aligning expectations across technical and non-technical groups.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and digital transformation concepts, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Experience with change management and governance processes, including documentation, approvals, and adherence to security and compliance standards.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, prioritise tasks, and maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Advantageous Qualifications:
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum)
- Previous experience in consultancy or working with public sector or enterprise clients
