ITAD Solutions Manager
TMT First | Newcastle-under-Lyme
Salary
Competitive and negotiable, depending on experience

What will you do:
- Find and develop new B2B opportunities within ITAD and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Meet clients, understand their IT asset disposal, data security, and sustainability needs, and put together tailored proposals.
- Promote services including secure collections, data sanitisation and destruction, HDD, SSD and tape shredding, asset recovery, repair, return, reuse, and recycling.
- Work closely with our ITAD operations team to make sure proposed services can be delivered and clients receive a reliable experience.
- Develop existing accounts and contribute to relevant marketing activity and customer communications.

What are we looking for:
- Recent experience working in ITAD is essential. We are especially keen to hear from people currently working in the sector.
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within ITAD, with confidence in winning and growing client relationships.
- A sound understanding of secure IT asset disposal, data sanitisation or destruction, chain of custody, asset recovery, and client reporting.
- A consultative approach and the ability to discuss both commercial requirements and secure service delivery with decision-makers.
- Knowledge of ADISA and its relevance to IT asset recovery would be an advantage.
