Job Title: Italian Speaking Account Executive
Our client is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Italian Speaking Account Executive to support business growth across the Italian market.
This is an exciting opportunity for a B2B technology sales professional to develop new business, build strong customer relationships and grow a network of reseller partners in the Italian market. You will take ownership of the sales process from initial prospecting through to contract completion, working with customers across both the public and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, events and marketing leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to contract signature.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, key stakeholders and reseller partners.
- Identify customer needs and deliver effective product presentations and demonstrations.
- Lead and support complex tenders, RFPs and strategic bids.
- Develop and expand the reseller/channel partner network across Italy.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Attend industry events and represent the business within the Italian market.
- Provide market and competitor insight to support commercial strategy.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and performance reports.
- Consistently work towards and achieve agreed revenue and margin targets.

Key Attributes
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B technology sales, ideally within a manufacturer or solution provider.
- Proven experience working with channel/reseller sales models in the tech/SaaS sector.
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles, including public sector tenders and RFPs.
- Native or fluent Italian speaker with strong professional English.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong CRM and data-driven approach.
Desirable:
- Experience selling into law enforcement, security, transport, retail or healthcare.
- A technical background.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or Gong.

Salary
£50-60k basic with 25-30k potential OTE
Hours
Full Time Monday–Friday, 2 days in the office, 3 wfh if based in the UK {flexible}
