Our client is a leading US law firm who are continuing with their exciting expansion plans in their London office and have a new team arriving to focus on their Private Equity offering and are looking to recruit an Italian speaking Legal PA to join them for fluent Italian written and spoken requirements for their international clients:

Italian speaking Legal PA – What you will be doing:
- Support lawyers in marketing and BD activities
- Enter new contact information onto the CRM system
- Assist with BD pitches
- Assist lawyers in the billing and credit control process
- Manage diaries, ensuring they are up to date
- Arrange meetings, book conference rooms, refreshments / catering
- Liaise with Learning & Development Department regarding
- Arrange for travel bookings and related details, including travel itineraries and expenses

Italian speaking Legal PA – What we are looking for:
- Fluent in written and spoken Italian, as well as English
- Previous Legal PA / Secretary experience
- Degree educated ideally
- Ideally have some experience of BD / Marketing within a PA / Secretary role
- Fast, accurate typing skills
- Highly skilled on all MS Office applications
- Ability to be flexible to meet the demands of the work
