Are you a fluent Italian speaker with PA or Executive Support experience? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting senior leadership at the highest level?

We are partnering with a successful international Financial Services business seeking an Italian-speaking Personal Assistant to provide seamless support to its Group CEO. With operations across Europe, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation and become a trusted member of a high-performing team.

This role is available immediately on a temporary-to-permanent basis and offers the chance to work closely with a dynamic, entrepreneurial CEO in a professional and collaborative environment.

The role:

Supporting a busy CEO with a broad remit, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day activities, managing priorities, coordinating meetings and acting as a trusted point of contact.

This is a traditional business-focused PA role with no personal duties involved. The emphasis is on delivering first-class organisational and administrative support while building a strong working partnership with the CEO.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
