Salary: £55k - negotiable
Permanent Full Time
Location: On site - Based in one of our six UK regional offices
Richard Austin Alloys Ltd is a large independent Aluminium and Stainless Steel stockholders employing 300 people in seven offices across the UK and Ireland. Since our formation in 1981 we have continuously grown, investing in our stock, warehousing and processing facilities. We strongly believe in developing our employees, promote from within and reward performance.
This position holds a crucial role within our organisation. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective IT systems, infrastructure and support. You will work closely with the management team, systems providers and regional branches. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual - this role has the potential to evolve whereby you help shape the strategic direction of our operations.

Requirements: applicants must be able to demonstrate -
- A good understanding of Microsoft Azure
- Commercially aware with good communication skills
- Understanding of IT infrastructure and best practice
- A strong IT security knowledge
- Managing of All IT Hardware
- Good knowledge of IT networks
- A willingness to travel
Your Role
- Continual upgrading to both hardware and software infrastructure across group
- Support of our 7 Sites based in UK and Ireland
- Managing all things IT
- Implementing IT policies and best practice
