We are Hiring: iTrent HR/payroll systems Analyst
Location: London Borough of Hackney
Contract Role
Rate: £259.73/day
Role Overview
Connect2Hackney is seeking an experienced iTrent / Business Objects Specialist to support and optimise the Council’s HR and payroll systems. The role will focus on reporting, data analysis, iTrent configuration, system support, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and automate Business Objects reports and scheduled reporting.
- Perform complex data analysis and reconciliations using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Support MHR iTrent configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Manage user support, system security, and functionality through Halo CRM.
- Improve HR system workflows and data integration with other Council systems.
- Work with internal stakeholders, Senior Analysts, and external software vendors.

Essential Requirements

- Proven hands-on experience with MHR iTrent.
- Strong experience developing Business Objects reports, including complex reporting.
- Mid-to-high level proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong data analysis and reconciliation skills.
- Experience in HR/payroll systems, configuration, and system support.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
