Help Shape the Future of People Systems at Change Grow Live

At Change Grow Live, we're committed to creating a workplace where people can thrive, develop and deliver their very best work. As our organisation continues to grow and evolve, so do the systems that support our colleagues, managers and volunteers.

We're looking for an experienced and passionate iTrent Specialist System Administrator to join our HR Systems & Insights Team on a 27-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of one of our most important business systems and play a key role in maximising its value across the organisation.

If you're someone who enjoys unlocking the full potential of technology, turning business needs into practical solutions, and driving continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.

About The Team

The HR Systems & Insights Team is at the centre of Change Grow Live's people technology, data and reporting services. We partner closely with colleagues across the organisation to ensure our systems support exceptional colleague experiences and effective business processes.

Working collaboratively with People Services, Digital and Finance teams, including Payroll, we deliver system support, data quality, reporting, governance and continuous improvement initiatives that help the organisation make informed decisions and operate efficiently.

Our team combines technical expertise, customer focus and innovation to ensure our people systems continue to evolve alongside the needs of the organisation.

About The Role

Over the last 18 months, Change Grow Live has successfully implemented MHR iTrent, delivering significant improvements to our payroll processes and providing a strong foundation for the future.

Now we're ready for the next stage of our journey.

As our iTrent Specialist System Administrator, you'll support the optimisation and development of iTrent, helping us unlock the wider benefits of the platform across Human Resources and People Services. You'll work with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, enhance user experiences and ensure we're making the most of the system's capabilities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
