We are working with a prominent insurance client, a leader in providing comprehensive financial protection and risk management solutions across diverse markets. They are dedicated to innovation and maintaining service excellence for their global clientele.
The Role
- Support the transition of multiple entities to unified global ITSM processes and platforms.
- Ensure service stability and regulatory compliance throughout the onboarding process.
- Conduct process analysis and alignment, clarify onboarding requirements, and coordinate technical configuration and integration of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Assess existing ITSM processes and facilitate their transformation to global standards, ensuring technical setup for ServiceNow discovery is completed within defined timelines.
- Oversee training and knowledge enablement for new resources, ensuring full understanding of group processes and ways of working.
- Collaborate with local teams and subject matter experts to ensure information domain compliance based on DORA guidelines, and support decision-making for ITSM process rollout.

What You'll Need
- Proven experience as an ITSM Business Analyst.
- Strong background in supporting global ITSM process and platform transitions.
- Expertise in process analysis and alignment.
- Experience with Configuration Management Database (CMDB) configuration and integration.
- Ability to coordinate training and knowledge transfer.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance, particularly DORA guidelines, is a plus.
