Our client is a long-standing part of the financial markets infrastructure. They are looking to hire an experienced ITSM to join an existing team of 3 who look after critical platforms for global markets trading.
- Key Requirements:
- Solid service management experience within a financial services (or other regulated industry) as well as strong problem management experience.
- The ability to lead incidents through to resolution (includes the occasional P1 and 2 but primarily 3).
- Highly diligent and proactive personality who will go out and engage with your service users.
