Nilfisk IVS Specialist

Hours

42.5hrs per week – Mon to Fri

An exciting opportunity to join our Speciality Business Sales Team. Industrial Vacuum Solutions (IVS) is an innovative and successful part of our core business and you will join our team of specialists in this new role to further drive success and deliver fantastic results for our customers, providing them with safe, efficient and hygienic work places. If you currently sell into the Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Engineering, Manufacturing industries and want a new exciting challenge this could be for you.

Nilfisk is a Global leader in Industrial Vacuums and is a preferred supplier to many of the UK’s biggest companies.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for commercial and technical solutions including conducting site surveys, solution calculations, quotations, tenders, negotiating prices and payment terms that maximise profit margins.
  • You will provide project management through to customer training, site acceptance and after sales support.
  • Develop and respond to sales leads.
  • Negotiate prices, lead times and delivery times.
  • Liaise closely with customers and cross-functional Internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to their needs.
  • Manage and develop long-term relationships with customers across all segments.
  • Work closely with the Dealer Network.
  • Project manage a variety of projects.
  • Provide customers with a full technical solution.
  • Provides training to both colleagues and customers.

Key Skills

As a results-driven sales professional you will preferably have some knowledge in Industrial Vacuums or a similar background. You will need to be adept in using Salesforce or other CRM system and have strong account and project management skills. Importantly you must be able to communicate well and build and maintain relationships both with customers and internal stakeholders. This is a specialist position so full training will be provided, including training at our IVS production site in Zocca, Italy.
