職務概要
日本市場の顧客を担当し、既存顧客の関係強化および新規ビジネス創出を担います。社内外の関係者と連携しながら、営業活動からオペレーション調整まで一貫して対応します。
主な業務内容
- 日本企業顧客のアカウントマネジメント（関係構築・維持・拡大）
- インサイドセールス活動（問い合わせ対応、提案、見積作成）
- 顧客ニーズに基づくソリューション提案および契約交渉
- 社内オペレーション・物流・カスタマーサービスチームとの連携
- 売上管理およびパイプラインの管理（CRM活用）
- 市場動向の分析およびビジネス機会の特定
- 問題発生時の調整および顧客対応
