We are looking for a Japanese-speaking Corporate Sales Executive to join our team within the serviced apartment sector.

💼 Corporate Sales Executive – Japanese Speaking

The Role

As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing corporate accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and driving new business within the serviced apartment market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new corporate business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel managers, relocation companies, and agencies.
  • Manage existing corporate accounts and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct sales calls, meetings, presentations, and property visits.
  • Negotiate rates, and close new business.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with Reservations, Operations, and Management teams to ensure excellent client service.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Maintain accurate records of client activity and sales performance.

Requirements

  • Fluent Japanese and English – both written and spoken mandatory. (Chinese language skills would be a strong advantage)
  • Previous experience in corporate sales, hospitality, serviced apartments, hotels, or a related industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident, professional, and commercially driven.
  • Ability to develop business independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • A genuine interest in the hospitality and corporate accommodation sector.
