What You'll Be Doing (The Role)
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the voice and face of global brands for Japanese-speaking customers across Europe:
- Be the Problem Solver: Assist customers via phone, live chat, and/or email with inquiries regarding products, order tracking, bookings, or account support
- Deliver Top-Class Service: Turn tricky situations into positive customer moments through clear, empathetic, and friendly communication
- Troubleshoot & Guide: Walk users through basic technical issues, service setups, or account features step-by-step
- Collaborate Globally: Work side-by-side with international colleagues in an inspiring, multicultural environment
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest brand features, tools, and updates with ongoing support

Requirements
- Fluency in Japanese: Native or fluent (C1/C2 level) in both written and spoken communication
- Good English Knowledge: (B2 level or higher) to navigate company systems and communicate with international team members
- Work Eligibility: EU Passport or a valid legal work permit for Greece
- Age Requirement: At least 18 years old
- Digital Literacy: Comfortable navigating computers, multi-screen environments, and basic software applications
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, active listening, empathy, and a positive problem-solving mindset
- Relocation Readiness: Willingness and motivation to relocate to Greece in the coming weeks
