決算・財務管理業務

  • 月次・四半期・年次決算の取りまとめ
  • 財務諸表および試算表の確認・分析
  • 各種勘定科目のレビュー
  • 決算スケジュールの管理および関係部門との調整

本社向け連結決算対応

  • 日本基準に基づく決算データの組替作業
  • 連結報告資料の作成
  • 連結会計システム（STRAVIS）へのデータ登録
  • 本社経理部門との連携や各種問い合わせ対応

内部統制・ガバナンス強化

  • グループ方針に基づく内部統制の運用
  • 業務フローの見直しおよび改善提案
  • 社内規程や承認プロセスの整備
  • J-SOX関連業務のサポート

応募資格

必須条件

  • 経理業務の実務経験（3年以上）
  • 月次決算業務の経験
  • 英語を使用したビジネスコミュニケーション能力
  • Excelを活用したデータ集計・分析スキル

歓迎条件

  • UK GAAPまたはIFRSの知識・実務経験
  • 日本基準による連結決算対応の経験
  • STRAVISなど連結会計システムの使用経験
  • 監査法人や税務アドバイザーとの折衝経験
  • J-SOXを含む内部統制運用の経験
  • ACA、ACCA、CAなど英国会計資格
  • 日本公認会計士（CPA）資格
  • US CPA資格
  • Big4監査法人または会計事務所での業務経験
