顧客先の IT 環境を支える重要なポジションとして、エンドユーザーサポートから Microsoft 365 運用、デバイス管理、インシデント対応まで幅広い業務を担当します。顧客との距離が近く、課題解決を通じて直接感謝を得られる環境です。IT サポートスキルを活かしながら、インフラ・セキュリティ領域の知識も広げられるため、エンジニアとしてキャリアアップを目指す方に最適なポジションです。
職務内容
- オンサイトでの 1 次・ 2 次 IT サポート（対面、メール、電話、リモート、チャット）
- インシデントやサービスリクエストの受付、管理、対応およびクローズ
- Microsoft 365 、ユーザーアカウント、エンドポイントデバイスの運用管理
- PC 、モバイル端末、周辺機器のセットアップ、交換、保守サポート
- ソフトウェアのインストール、設定、テストおよび導入支援
- Windows Server およびネットワーク障害の初期切り分け、エスカレーション対応
- セキュリティアラート、脆弱性、パッチ適用状況の確認およびインシデント初動対応
- 手順書、運用ドキュメント、レポートの作成
- 顧客およびベンダーとの調整・コミュニケーション
- 必要に応じた顧客先でのサポートおよび海外出張対応

- Microsoft 365 の運用または管理経験
- Windows 11 および Microsoft Office に関する知識
- ユーザーアカウント管理およびエンドポイント管理の経験
- 優れたカスタマーサービススキルおよびコミュニケーション能力
- ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み・書き・会話）
- ドキュメント作成スキル
- IT サポート、ヘルプデスク、またはデスクサイドサポートの実務経験
- IT 業界での実務経験 3 年以上

- Active Directory または Microsoft Entra ID の管理経験
- Windows Server 運用・障害対応経験
- ルーター、スイッチ、ファイアウォールなどネットワーク機器の基礎知識
- Microsoft Defender 、 Prisma などのセキュリティツール利用経験
- セキュリティアラート対応、脆弱性管理、パッチ管理の経験
- ITIL Foundation 、 Microsoft 認定資格などの関連資格
- 日本語でのコミュニケーション能力
- 顧客対応を伴うオンサイトサポート経験
