ポジション概要
欧州に複数拠点を置くベンチャーキャピタルファームが、欧州スタートアップエコシステムに長期コミットをできる Investment Associate を募集しています。
募集主体は、ディープテックを中心とした領域で、グローバル No1 を欧州発で狙うスタートアップに出資をする新興ベンチャーキャピタルファームです。
今回募集する Investment Associate は、投資案件の発掘からデューデリジェンス、投資実行、投資後のバリューアップ支援まで一貫して担うポジションです。加えて、戦略投資家に対する事業開発支援や市場インサイトの提供など、投資業務に留まらずに日欧を繋ぐ幅広い役割を担うことが期待されます。

- 欧州を中心としたスタートアップ、投資トレンドのリサーチ
- VC、起業家、エコシステムプレイヤーとのネットワーク構築
- イベント・カンファレンスへの参加
- 投資戦略・テーマに沿った新規案件の発掘・初期評価

投資デューデリジェンスおよび投資実行
- ファウンダー評価
- 市場分析・競合分析
- 財務分析およびバリュエーション
- 投資判断に必要な財務モデリング
- 投資委員会向け資料作成
- 契約書レビューおよび外部弁護士との連携
- 投資実行プロセス全般の推進
