Job Title: Japanese Speaking IT Sales Account Manager
Your New Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum + Commission + Travel Allowance
Permanent, Office based – London
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:00
Japanese Speaking IT Sales Account Manager - What You'll be Doing:
- Proactively promote and sell a wide range of ICT solutions to new and existing customers.
- Manage and develop strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, responding promptly to enquiries and requirements.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions across Network, Cloud, Security, Data Centre and Managed Services.
- Clearly communicate the scope, benefits and commercial terms of proposed solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams, including technical, purchasing and finance departments, to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Support the resolution of customer issues and coordinate with relevant internal departments.
- Maintain accurate customer, sales opportunity and pipeline information within CRM systems.

Japanese Speaking IT Sales Account Manager - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Business-level Japanese and English communication skills.
- Previous experience in IT / ICT sales, solution sales or account management.
- Experience in developing sales and generating new business opportunities.
- Knowledge of global ICT solutions and technologies, including Security, DX, Network, Data Centre, Cloud, RPA and Managed Services.
- Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
