日系金融機関にて 企画職を募集
ロンドンに拠点を置く日系金融機関にて、企画担当を募集しております。
給与
経験・スキルに応じて応相談
勤務時間
9:00～17:00
業務内容
- プロジェクト全般のサポート（PowerPointを用いた資料作成、Excelによるデータ分析、その他関連業務）
- プロジェクトの進捗管理および関連部署との調整
- 外部ベンダーやコンサルティング会社との英語でのコミュニケーション
- 社内外ミーティングへの参加およびアクションアイテムのフォローアップ
- 部門内の進捗状況および各種活動の定期的なモニタリング
- スケジュール管理および各種タイムラインの調整
- 日本本社ならびに国内外の関係者との窓口業務
- その他、随時発生する事務・オペレーションサポート

応募要件
- 銀行または証券会社における企画、戦略立案、プロジェクト関連業務の経験
- 日系企業または日本国内での勤務経験3年以上
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力および対人折衝能力
- 細部にまで配慮し、期限内に正確な業務遂行ができる方
- Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）の実務経験
- 各種オンラインシステムやプラットフォームを活用した文書・情報管理の経験
- 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル以上
- 主体的に行動でき、チームワークを重視できる方

ビザ要件
原則として、英国において長期的に就労可能なビザを保有しており、企業によるビザサポートを必要としない方を対象としております。
ただし、ご経験によっては、YMS（Youth Mobility Scheme）ビザまたはGraduate Visaを保有し、応募時点で1年以上の残存期間がある方も選考対象となる場合がございます。
