Japanese Speaking Transaction Banking Vice President
グローバルな大手の銀行のロンドン支店が Japanese Speaking Transaction Banking Vice President を募集します。
主に日系企業ロンドン拠点向けに、 e バンキングの導入支援・販売促進・日常サポート を担当します。フロント部門のリレーションシップ・マネージャーと連携し、トランザクション営業活動に関与することが求められます。
主な業務内容（抜粋）
- e バンキング／チャネル製品に関する顧客対応、導入支援、デモ実施
- 契約書・申込書の作成・確認・カスタマイズ
- EMEA 地域の支店サポートおよび GTBD メンバーとの連携
- e バンキング、ホスト・トゥ・ホスト、プーリング、 MBCC 等のキャッシュ／チャネル製品に関する GTBD メンバーとの連携・協力
- IT 部門との協働による製品対応

- 銀行業界での実務経験（特に以下のようなキャッシュマネジメント関連業務）
- e バンキングの導入、統合、保守
- 支払業務管理
- キャッシュプーリングの導入、統合、保守
- ホスト・トゥ・ホスト／ SWIFT 接続の導入、統合、保守
- PSD2 ／オープンバンキングに関連する API の知識
- e バンキングおよび CMS 製品に関する顧客向け提案・プレゼンテーション経験
- トランザクション、決済、外国為替業務に関する知識・経験
- SWIFT および銀行間メッセージ（ MT1xx 、 MT2xx 、 MT9xx 、 ISO20022 メッセージ： pain.001 、 camt.053/052 等）に関する標準的な知識
- 英国および欧州の決済市場環境（ BACS ／ CHAPS 、 SEPA ／ Target2 、 SWIFT 等）に関する標準的な知識
- 英語での高いコミュニケーション能力（必須）
- 日本語能力（必須：日系企業対応のため）
- 前向きな姿勢と、顧客およびチームメンバーを支援する強い意欲
