- 欧州産食肉の調達・仕入れおよびアジア市場への販売
- 欧州のサプライヤーとの価格、数量、取引条件に関する交渉
- 製品品質維持のためのサプライヤーとの連携（サプライヤー施設への品質監査訪問を含む）
- 原価シミュレーションおよび見積書の作成
- 受注対応および売買契約書の作成
