Sales Support Coordinator

Salary: £28K - £30K (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00am - 5:00pm / on-site

Job Overview
The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative, commercial, and operational support to the Sales Department. The role involves preparing ICT-related quotations, maintaining sales and billing information, managing documentation, and supporting reporting activities, enabling the sales team to focus on customer engagement and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other commercial documentation for products and services
- Support sales and profit management activities in collaboration with Account Managers and relevant departments
- Coordinate with internal departments, group companies, and suppliers, including cost verification activities
- Manage sales administration processes, including invoice requests, PO management, recharge activities, and SQ registrations
- Maintain data within Salesforce, Coupa, and other business systems
- Produce regular and ad hoc reports
- Manage billing cycles and renewal quotation activities
- Maintain and organise sales-related documents, including quotations, contracts, and operational records
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Attend departmental meetings and support ad hoc projects and requests
- Visit customer sites when required

Requirements
Essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English
- Ability to prioritise workloads, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Experience handling customer and business enquiries professionally
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proactive approach to identifying issues and recommending solutions

Desirable
- Experience in sales support, sales administration, or sales operations
- Experience within the ICT, telecommunications, networking, or data centre industry
- Knowledge of WAN and LAN technologies
- Experience using Salesforce, Coupa, or similar business systems
- Knowledge of quotation, billing, and contract management processes
- Experience coordinating with stakeholders across different countries and business functions
