職務概要
営業部門に対する事務、営業および業務運営サポートを担当します。ICT 関連の見積作成、営業および請求情報の管理、各種書類管理、レポート作成サポートを行い、営業チームが顧客対応や事業開発に専念できるよう支援します。
主な業務内容
- 製品・サービスに関する見積書、提案書および各種商業関連文書の作成
- アカウントマネージャーや関係部署と連携した営業・利益管理サポート
- 社内部門、グループ会社、サプライヤーとの各種調整およびコスト確認
- 請求依頼、PO 管理、リチャージ業務、SQ 登録などの営業事務業務
- Salesforce 、Coupa など各種システムのデータ管理
- 定期・随時レポートの作成
- 請求サイクルおよび更新見積業務の管理
- 見積書、契約書、業務記録など営業関連文書の管理・整理
- 顧客、サプライヤー、社内関係者とのコミュニケーション
- 部門会議への参加および各種プロジェクト・依頼事項への対応
- 必要に応じた顧客先訪問
