Japanese speaking Team Administrator - Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative operations, including expense tracking, budget monitoring, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support daily business activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting summaries, and business documents, including the use of AI tools.
- Handle internal approval processes, record keeping, and information management.
- Arrange domestic and international business travel, visitor logistics, and executive support.
- Organize meetings, events, and conferences, including venue, catering, and accommodation arrangements.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims through internal systems.
- Provide diary management and general executive support when required.

Japanese speaking Team Administrator - Skills & Experience Required
- Fluent written and spoken English and Japanese. (JLPT N1 or above)
- Proven experience in administration, executive support, or office coordination.
- Strong diary management, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
- Experience using AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT.
- Able to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience arranging business travel and corporate events. (Preferred)
- Experience working in an international business environment. (Preferred)
- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems. (Preferred)
