Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, or AWS are highly desirable. Candidates should have a proven track record of at least [X] years in IT support, system administration, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, cloud computing, and cybersecurity is essential. Responsibilities

- Staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
