Role Overview
Proven experience across both front-end and back-end technologies, including Java, React, Spring Boot, Oracle Database, and GCP/ Azure.
Strong banking domain expertise, with preference for experience in Digital Banking and large-scale migration programmes.

- Lead the review of solution architectures, technical designs, code quality, and implementation approaches to ensure scalable and robust delivery.
- Provide technical leadership to engineering teams, driving technology selection, best practices, and engineering standards.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, and delivery teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
