Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Java and Spring Boot to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications within the JAVASPRING skill cluster family.

Job Description
- Develop and maintain high-quality enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot frameworks
- Design and implement microservices architectures to deliver scalable and robust business solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure adherence to software development best practices including clean coding, design patterns, and automated testing
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability across systems
- Participate in continuous integration and deployment activities to streamline software delivery pipelines

Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and enhancement of microservices-based applications using Java Spring Boot
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
- Conduct thorough code reviews and contribute to architectural discussions and decision-making
- Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal downtime
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and adopt new technologies to enhance product capabilities
