Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Java React Cloud-Native Developer with 5–7 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications within the Investment Banking/Risk domain. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core Java, ReactJS, AWS, Kafka, and cloud-native technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable applications using Core Java, ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks.
- Build RESTful APIs and gRPC services for frontend/backend integration.
- Apply multithreading, algorithms, data structures, and design patterns to develop high-performance solutions.
- Develop cloud-native applications using AWS, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.
- Implement event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka and caching/in-memory processing using Apache Ignite.
- Build responsive UI components using ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, Redux/Context API.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD, deployment automation, and cloud infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Work closely with business and technology teams, preferably within Investment Banking/Risk Management environments.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to Agile delivery and coding best practices.

- 5–7 years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Core Java and ReactJS.
- Experience with AWS infrastructure/cloud services and Kubernetes.
- Strong experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with REST APIs and gRPC.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Redux/Context API.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Investment Banking/Risk domain experience is preferred.
