The successful candidate should possess a minimum of [X] years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field. Responsibilities

  • Identifying and attracting top talent through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from creating compelling job descriptions to conducting interviews and facilitating offer negotiations.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process and high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintaining accurate records in applicant tracking systems and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment team.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to develop innovative sourcing strategies and enhance overall recruitment effectiveness.
