About The Role
We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Senior Java Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. This senior technical role is pivotal in leading backend application development initiatives and shaping the architectural landscape of our enterprise systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, secure, and scalable server-side applications that support our strategic business objectives. You will provide hands-on leadership, guiding development teams through complex technical challenges, influencing best practices, and ensuring the delivery of robust backend solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of microservices architecture, cloud integration, and modern DevOps practices to drive innovation and operational excellence within our organization.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess over 7-10 years of experience in Java backend application development, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions. Advanced expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture is essential. Candidates should have strong experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs, data modeling with both SQL and NoSQL databases, and implementing distributed system patterns. Proficiency with message brokers such as Kafka and RabbitMQ, along with event-driven architecture experience, is highly desirable. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and advanced DevOps practices is required. Candidates must demonstrate leadership abilities in technical initiatives, architectural pattern definition, and team mentoring. A solid understanding of backend security best practices, performance tuning, and system monitoring is also necessary. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

Responsibilities
- Leading the design, development, and deployment of complex backend applications and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Owning the end-to-end delivery of backend components, from architectural design and coding to deployment and operational support, ensuring adherence to best practices and enterprise standards.
- Driving architectural decisions to enhance system scalability, reliability, and security.
- Resolving technical challenges related to backend performance, data integrity, and distributed system interactions, ensuring high availability and robustness.
- Mentoring junior and mid-level developers, providing technical guidance, and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define system enhancements, integrating with other enterprise systems, and implementing strategic backend solutions.
- Overseeing code quality, performance optimization, and scalability through rigorous testing, code reviews, and automation.
- Identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with governance, security, and regulatory requirements for server-side operations.
