Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining regular communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
