About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively. The IT Project Manager will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define project objectives, develop detailed project plans, and oversee execution to meet organizational goals. The position offers an opportunity to work on innovative projects that drive technological advancements and improve operational efficiencies within our client organizations.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management is required, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects. Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are highly desirable. Strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Jira, or Trello are essential. Candidates should have a solid understanding of software development lifecycle, IT infrastructure, and emerging technologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary to effectively liaise with technical teams and clients.
Responsibilities
The IT Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Key responsibilities include:
- Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Developing comprehensive project plans and schedules
- Allocating resources efficiently
- Managing project risks
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Monitoring progress and reporting on project status to senior management
- Facilitating communication between technical teams and clients, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle
- Conducting project reviews and documenting lessons learned to improve future project delivery
