Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking events.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and professional process.
  • Maintain and update candidate and client databases accurately and efficiently.
  • Support the preparation of job advertisements and postings to attract suitable candidates.
  • Participate in client meetings and understand their staffing requirements to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and provide feedback to both clients and candidates.
  • Assist in onboarding processes, including preparing necessary documentation and conducting reference checks.
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet recruitment targets and deliver exceptional service to clients.
